When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

NutraPix uses Firebase Analytics, a product analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how the Application is used and to improve the Service. This disclosure is provided in accordance with Apple's App Store Guidelines and App Privacy requirements.
What data is collected: When you use the Application, Firebase Analytics may collect your account user identifier (when signed in), authentication events (sign-up and login, including sign-in method), subscription status (premium or free), device and app information, session and usage data, and diagnostic information. Firebase may also collect your IP address, which may be used to derive approximate location at the city level.
Purpose: This data is used solely for product analytics—for example, to measure feature usage, understand registration and subscription trends, and improve app performance and reliability.
Linked to your identity: When you are signed in, analytics events may be linked to your account through your user identifier. When you log out, we clear the user identifier associated with analytics.
Not used for cross-app tracking: Firebase Analytics in NutraPix is not used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes, and it does not use your advertising identifier (IDFA). App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS applies to advertising tracking and is separate from product analytics collection described here.
What is not included: Analytics data does not include food photos, nutrition or activity entries, or food recognition results.
Retention: Analytics and usage data are generally retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized, as described in the Retention section above.
Your choices: You can log out to stop associating future analytics events with your account. You may request deletion of your personal data, including analytics linkage, by contacting us or deleting your account.

NutraPix displays advertisements to users who do not have an active premium subscription. Ads are served by Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC.
What data is used: AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android), device information, and app usage data to serve relevant advertisements and measure their effectiveness.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): On iOS 14.5 and later, we display an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing your IDFA. If you grant permission, personalized ads may be shown. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are displayed and your IDFA is not shared with AdMob.
Opting out: You can withdraw tracking permission at any time via iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → NutraPix. On Android, you can reset or opt out of ad personalization via Settings → Google → Ads.
Premium subscribers: Users with an active premium subscription do not see advertisements and their advertising identifier is not used for ad targeting purposes.

NutraPix's tracking features help you log meals, water intake, and activity progress, and they calculate daily totals and summaries displayed in your app account.
Who can see it: Nutrition and progress information is provided only to you as the account user.
Third parties: This nutrition/progress information is not transmitted to third parties.
NutraPix offers premium features through subscriptions in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). By purchasing a subscription, you can unlock all premium features of the Service, including an ad-free experience.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until that date.
Payment processing: Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) process the payment. We do not receive your payment card number or other payment credentials.
What we receive: We may receive subscription and purchase status information from Apple and/or Google (e.g., receipt and transaction identifiers) to verify entitlement and grant access to premium features.
NutraPix uses Google Gemini, an artificial intelligence service provided by Google LLC, to analyze food photos and provide nutritional information.
What data is sent: When You use the food recognition feature, the photo You take or select is transmitted to Google Gemini's servers for processing. No other personal data (such as your name or email) is included in this transmission.
Purpose: The photo is used solely to identify food items and estimate their nutritional content. It is not used for advertising or profiling purposes.
User consent: Before your photo is sent to Google Gemini for the first time, the app will ask for your explicit permission. You may decline, in which case the food recognition feature will not be available.
Data retention: Photos sent to Google Gemini are processed in real time and are not stored by Google beyond what is required for the immediate request, in accordance with Google's API usage policies.
