Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the NutraPix mobile application (“the App”) operated by NutraPix (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using NutraPix, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
NutraPix is a mobile application that provides AI-powered nutrition analysis, meal tracking, water intake tracking, activity progress tracking, and related health and wellness features. The App is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).

Length: 1 month (auto-renewable)
Price: As displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.
Features included: Unlimited AI-powered food recognition, full nutrition tracking, progress analytics, and all premium features of the App.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that date. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), as applicable. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we change pricing for your existing subscription, we will notify you in advance in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new price.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at bohdan.ryzhko.dev@gmail.com. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Important: NutraPix is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. The nutritional information and analysis provided by the App, including AI-generated food recognition results, are estimates and may not be fully accurate.
The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary needs. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by this App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of NutraPix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.
The App uses third-party services including Google Gemini (for AI food recognition), Google Analytics, Firebase, RevenueCat (for subscription management), Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NutraPix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ukraine.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
